He was predeceased by: his parents, Eloise Cox and Donald Charles Garner; and his grandmother Vernie Bane Garner. He is survived by: his wife Susan Garner; and his children, Richard Garner (Deanna) and Wendy Uribe (Moises). He is also survived by three grand-daughters and three great-grand-daughters.
