He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Henry Emken and Dorothy Johnson Emken. He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Emken; his children, Elizabeth Emken Swartz (Craig) and Eric Douglas Emken (Merrell); his grandchildren, Alexander Swartz, Hayleigh Swartz, Emmaleigh Swartz and Axel Emken; and his siblings, Michael Emken (Judy), Gary Emken (Sherry) and Cherie Keegan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
