It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cheryl Ann Outsen Heyborne in Saint George, Utah, born in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandchildren, Sam, Olivia and Piper; her children, Bryan (Holly) of Herriman and Mary (Jeremy) of Belton, TX; her siblings, Lon, Jalyn (John Frech) of Hurricane, Randy, Russ (Sue) and Matt Outsen (Deanna) of Nibley; her husband Ernie; her mother Ettie Outsen-Suite; and her sister Julie Outsen.
