He is survived by: his siblings, Becky White of Murray, Laurie Harvey (Tom) of South Jordan, Amy Black (Aaron) of Provo and Lee Nuttall (Dot) of St. George, Utah.. He is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces, and dear friends.
