She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kent Wintch and Betty Lou Wintch of Tropic Utah; her siblings, Pamela, Samuel, Kenneth and Rhett; her husband Edward Russell Higuera; her children, Heidi, Krysti and Russell "Russ"; her grandchildren, L. J., Ty, Allen and Anneli; and her great grandchildren, Rylan, Carson and Lincoln.
