He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hawkes of St. George, Utah; his siblings, Stanton Glen Hawkes (Kim) of St. George, UT, Melanie Oakey (Winn) of Idaho Falls, ID and Bryon Gene Hawkes of St. George, UT; and his nieces and nephews, Jamie Hugh (JJ), Justin Hawkes (Martha), Taya Sakala (Emmanuel), Shelby Finch (Nate), Dalton Oakey (Melanie), Reese Oakey, Rhett Oakey, Neisha Hendrickson (Thomas) and Dylan Hawkes.
