Sharon Lynne Child Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sharon Lynne Child (Roy, Utah), born in Ogden, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 14, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Child and Netta Child; and her brother Myron. She is survived by: her children, Boyd Child (Bobbi), Anita Rose (Brent), Lynette Pontius (Gary), Marcie Creager (Jack) and Jay Child (Laura); and her siblings, Judy, Francis, Mark and Rodney.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Lindquist's Roy Mortuary (3333 W 5600 S, Roy, UT 84067). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

Sharon Lynne Child returned to Heaven on November 14, 2024, after struggling with Alzheimer's, with her many loving family members embracing her and caring for her along the way.
