It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Jeff (Roy, Utah), born in Brunswick, Georgia, who passed away on August 16, 2018, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Joe Rubin; and his brother Joe R. Hightower, Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Deborah Whelan Hightower; his parent Ouida Grace Pridgen Roberts; his children, Cody Hightower (Ashley) of Ladson, SC, Jonathan Whelan (Lindsay) of Roy, UT and Shannon Hightower of Waterloo, IA; his siblings, Richard Hightower (Robyn) of Perth, Beverly Luke of Atlanta, GA and Beth Eichner (Calvin) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Ethan Stephens, Jaxton Whelan, Haleigh Whelan, Ashlynn Hokanson and Julia Lucero; and also, Fiance of Waterloo, IA and Christopher Hokanson of Waterloo, IA.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Seacoast Vineyard Church, Myrtle Beach, SC In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Off Road Vets, Inc., 4258 S. 2900 W, Roy, Utah 84067.
