He is survived by: his wife Janet Maw; his friend Michael Joe Talbot; his close friends, William Hanson (Chief Wakara), Jim Blanchard and Scott Van Leeuwen; his sister Donna Smith-Thurgood; his niece Stacy Talley (Keith); his nephews, Steve Smith (Christine) and Chuck Harsin; and also, Bill Hanson (Chief Wakara), Jim Blanchard and Scott Van Leeuween.
