He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Elmer and Corley Arlene McCarthy Fielding; his former wife Shirlee Gene Johnson; and his daughter Donna Jean.
A memorial service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lindquist's Roy Mortuary (3333 W 5600 S, Roy, UT 84067).
