She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Burge; her parents, Joseph Odom and Alice Cranston; her brothers, Joe Odom and Paul Cranston; and her stepfather Francis Cranston.

She is survived by: her son Chris Summers (Sheila); and her brothers, Bill Liberty (Lori), Lee Odom and Scott Cranston.
