He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Perkes and Rhoda Jorgensen; his wife Sarah Maureen Leishmen; and his son Randy. He is survived by: his daughters, Shanna Clark (late Gary) and Kristie Casperson (Charles); and also, Jalene Perkes (late Randy) and Lori Ohlin (Mark). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 4 great great-grandchildren.
