He was predeceased by: his parent Joe Rubin; and his brother Joe R. Hightower, Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Deborah Whelan Hightower; his parent Ouida Grace Pridgen Roberts; his children, Cody Hightower (Ashley) of Ladson, SC, Jonathan Whelan (Lindsay) of Roy, UT and Shannon Hightower of Waterloo, IA; his siblings, Richard Hightower (Robyn) of Perth, Beverly Luke of Atlanta, GA and Beth Eichner (Calvin) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Ethan Stephens, Jaxton Whelan, Haleigh Whelan, Ashlynn Hokanson and Julia Lucero; and also, Fiance of Waterloo, IA and Christopher Hokanson of Waterloo, IA.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Seacoast Vineyard Church, Myrtle Beach, SC In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Off Road Vets, Inc., 4258 S. 2900 W, Roy, Utah 84067.
