He was predeceased by: his father Billy Broadbent; his stepfather Joe Gallegos; and his grandparents, Jack, Cora Kelliher, Hugh and Barbara Broadbent.

He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Prevedel (Scott) of West Haven, UT; his wife Lisa Broadbent of Roy; his daughter Alexis Jo Ensign (Tanner); his grandsons, Keelan and Khylar of Rock Springs, WY; and his brother Jack Broadbent (Natalie) of Syracuse, UT.
