She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Robert Ballantyne; her brothers, Julio Loayza and Victor Quiroga; her children, John (Michele) and Cindy (Joe); and her grandchildren, Melissa Beach Cochran, Melanie Beach Whitaker, Michael Beach (Rebecca), Matthew Beach-Opal, Marshal Beach (Molly), Johnny Ballantyne, Jessica Ballantyne, Makala Russo (John), Joey Brignone, Juliana Ballantyne and Ryan Ballantyne.
She is survived by: her siblings, Raul Loayza (Hortensia), Carmela Loayza Camacho (Juan), Amalia Giwencer Loayza (Carlos), Lidia Loayza Lopez (Freddy), Connie Quiroga and Marilyn Dalton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Myers Mortuary - Roy (5865 S 1900 W, Roy, UT 84067). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hooper Cemetery (5301 S 6300 W, Hooper, UT 84315).
