He is survived by: his wife Terri Crouch; his children, Chalese Griffin (Brian), Daniel Crouch, Tyler Crouch (Tarra) and Michael Crouch; his stepchildren, Mallory Jameson (Daniel) and Curtis Johnston (Amanda); and his siblings, Sherrie Henderson, Larry Crouch and Sylvia Tacconi. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
