He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Allen and Ina Glover Heaton; his daughter Verdene Betts; his son-in-law Billy Davis; and his grandchildren, Seeley and Shauntae Welborn.
He is survived by: his spouse Alice May Andersen; his children, Ina Nielson (Paul) of Roosevelt, Jesse Clark (Terry) of Dewey, AZ, Jerri Harrison (Dallas), Chris Heaton (Connie) of Roosevelt, David Clark (Debbie) of Roosevelt, Virginia Roybal and Tina Daniels (Brian); his son-in-law Allen Betts of Ballard; his siblings, Eldred Heaton (LaVon) and Lamoine Heaton (Kerri); and his siblings-in-law, Hilda Heaton, Dale, Glenna Andersen, Olie and Joyce Andersen. He is also survived by 33 grandchildren, and 96 great grandchildren.
