He was predeceased by: his parents, Rola Bird and Junior Beckstead Jenkins; and his brothers, Brian, Larry and Jack.
He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Snow; his wife Susan Crozier of Ballard; his children, Jay Jenkins (Emily), Trent Jenkins (Roosevelt), Teresa Willemin (Trent), Doug Jenkins (Roosevelt), Tyler Foote (Vernal), Tiffanie Huber (Roosevelt), Leslie Anderson (Heber) and Jason Foote (Ballard); and his siblings, Becky Durkee (Roger) of Roosevelt, Trish Duncan of Roosevelt, Danny Jenkins (Jana) of Roosevelt and Shelly Rockwood (Lee) of Roosevelt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
