He is survived by: his children, Beverly Shifflet (Cody) and Mike Etheredge (Julie); his grandchildren, Anthony Etheredge (Baillie), Austin (Ozzy) and Mikki Jae Etheredge; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Asher, Axxel and Markey; and his sister Beverly Hansen (Keith).
