He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernal Williams and Emma Bergeta Jesperson Williams; his children, Vernal Kent Williams (Jessica) and Margaret Anne Williams; and his siblings, Verl Gaylen Williams, Velda Harward, Dalvin J Williams, Forrest Duane Williams and Colleen Beeson.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Olson of Roosevelt; his children, Jeffery Williams (Sheila), Forrest Williams (Jenni), Mark Williams (Linda), Linda Stay (Steve), Saraphina Lee, Sheri Hale (Alma) and Rebecca Orr (Daniel); and his sister Carolyn Bargeron. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
