He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Rebecca Alice Hartle Haslem; his siblings, Kenneth, Niles, Helen, Dean, Glenn, Rhea, Lynn and Frank; his son-in-law Chris T. Olsen; and his grandchildren, Michelle Ercanbrack and Anthony Zane Asay.
He is survived by: his spouse Ruth Jeanette Hamblin; his children, Arvin Haslem (Sue) of Cedarview, Glenn Haslem (Susan) of Cedarview, Calleen Ercanbrack (Kevan) of Cedarview, JoLyn Holladay (Keith) of Layton, Karen Asay (Ken), Korinne Asay (Ron) and Brenda Antillon (Eric) of Vernal; his siblings, Marie Russon of Neola, Acel Haslem of Neola and Verl Haslem (Leah) of Neola; and his brother-in-law Ed Lewis. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
