It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucy Mortensen (Roosevelt, Utah), born in Rensselaer, Indiana, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Roland Eugene; her brothers, Eric and Joey Tibbs; and her grandmother Lillie Allen. She is survived by: her mother Sally Allen Tibbs; her husband Parley Mortensen of Cedarview; her children, Amanda Hague (Dawni Kraus), Cody Mortensen (Brad Haslem), Murray, Kelly Mortensen (Ronnie) and Roosevelt; and her grandchildren, Lynzi, Kaydence, Quintin, Hunter, Remington and Knox.
