She is survived by: her sons, Zachery Phelps (Alex Cox) and Joshua Phelps; her siblings, Karen, Lori, Dorene, Kristi, Robert and Mother Leona; and her nephew Trinity Anderton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
