He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fredrick Garner and Viola Henrietta Flint. He is survived by: his wife Belva Elaine Nef; and his children, Lee (Debbie), Jim (Anita) and SuzAnn Miller (Barry). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.
