He is survived by: his children, Leslie Thorne (Craig) of Ballard, Mitchell Halsell (Christy) of Ballard and Yvonne Millett (Zak) of Ballard; his adoptive daughter Edelweiss Oberhansly (Bo); his grandchildren, Adam, Aaron, Zachariah, Ammon, Taylor, Alayna, Samuel, Brie, Spencer, Kaytlin, Emily, Mercedes, Odessa, Jessica and Andrew; and his siblings, Roger Halsell (Janet), Ruth Christison (George) and Edward Halsell.
