He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Pickens Nye; his wife June McCullough; his children, Cherish Admundson of Minnesota, Jeremiah Jacob Nye (Maria) of Minnesota and Brenda Nye of Minnesota; and his siblings, Georgia Nye, Andi Nye-Hardgrove (John), Dawn Nye-Blade, Jessica Williams (Kevin) and Jackie Nye. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and his dog.
