He was predeceased by: his father Alfonso "Sonny" Van, Jr.; his sister Alva Monice Van; and his grandparents, Alfonzo "Doc", Virginia Van, Tom and Reva Kellar.
He is survived by: his mother Lydia Marie Kellar Myers (Michael) of Wellington, UT; his siblings, Jesse Dewayne Van of Vernal, UT, Orlanna Taveapont, Richardson Subdivision, Sonny Lance Van of Roosevelt, UT and Emily Nicole (Kyle); and his stepmother Bonnie Van.
