He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Cloward and Erma Kay Cloward; his siblings, Elmo Cloward, Russell Cloward, Marlo Cloward, Oneta Nelson and Shirley Hiatt; and his grandson Tyler Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Rae Cloward; and his children, Randy Cloward (Lorrie), Lisa Duncan (Jeff) of Roosevelt, Michelle Roberts (Louis) of Roosevelt and Christine Rich (Cody) of Roosevelt. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
