She was predeceased by: her parents, Beryl Gurr and Frankie Burton Gurr; her significant other Michael J McArthur; her siblings, Louella Etheredge and Cecil Gurr; her brother-in-law James "Jim" Moser; her parents-in-law, Jack and Peggy McArthur; her niece Dana White; and her close friend Cindy Phelps.
She is survived by: her children, Marcell McArthur and Cami Billings (Chris); her grandchildren, Sadie Billings (Keith) of Roosevelt and Bentley Billings (Kayla) of Roosevelt; her siblings-in-law, Greg Gray (Mary), Sherry Barto (Ben), Don McArthur (Lori), Kristi White (Rick) and Lynette Gurr; and her pet Bull. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Hullinger Mortuary (457 E 300 N, Roosevelt, UT 84066). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
