He is survived by: his mother Irma Madrigal Cervantes; his wife Minerva Garza; his daughters, Bella Serafin and Arabella Garza; his sisters, Nadia Serafin, Brenda Serafin (Ruben Hurtado) and Amparo Serafin (Richard Ortega); and his nieces and nephews, Dania Maldanado Serafin, Angel Herrada, Jose Julian Herrera Serafin, Emily Hurtado Serafin, Dante Hurtado Serafin, Richard Ortega Serafin and Milton Serfani. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hullinger Mortuary (457 E 300 N, Roosevelt, UT 84066). A reception was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
