She was predeceased by: her parents, Nettie Myore and Amos Perank, Sr.; and her siblings, Teresa Schulte, Eugene Perank, Eddie Perank, Amy Lou Hansen and Justine Perank.
She is survived by: her husband Faron; her sons, Troy Perank (Requel), Maeser and Mario Moore of Albuquerque, NM; her grandchild Aiyana Serawop; and her siblings, JoAnn Perank, Arcadia, Eldora Perank, Clara MountainLion and Amos McCurdy, Jr. (Myla). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
