He is survived by: his wife Ilona Gardner of Roosevelt; his children, Athenya Swain (Jeremy), John Slim (Stana) and David Slim (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Shyan Slim, Shaneesa Limberty (George), Marion Slim, Sophia Swain, Elexis Slim, Tylee Slim, Jhase Slim, Kenna Slim and Jade Slim (Mario Castillo); his children, Mia, Aiden, Maicie Slim, Mahkaii, Orson Little Eagle, Saydee Limberty, Alaiyah Limberty, JJ Limberty, Stella Slim and Christopher Tabbee (Sohia Buffalo); his grandchildren, Samuel Tabbee-Buffalo and Tdu'doop Tabbee-Buffalo; his siblings, Joe Slim (Betty), Susie BigMan, Anita Hoover, David Slim (Guadalupe), Kenneth Slim (Colleen) and Max Slim (Darlene); and his foster-siblings, Juliann Geesey, Jill Faragher and Marshall Tanner (Donna). He is also survived by numerous niece, nephews.
