He was predeceased by: his parents, George V. Foster and Rose M. Fredrick Foster; his wife Sheryl D. Foster; his daughter Robin Rose Foster; his parents-in-law, Darrell and Colleen Gardner; and his brother Raymond Foster.
He is survived by: his son Jim Foster (Bobbi); his grandchildren, Tiffany Foster (Colby) of Ballard, Nicholas Foster (Carly) of Ballard, Mathew Foster of Ballard, Dylann Foster (Kenzie) of Spanish Fork, AJ Foster of Ballard, Collin Foster of Ballard, Jaycee Foster of Ballard and Kendlee Foster of Ballard; his great grandchildren, Lilie of Ballard, Malhia of Ballard, Mia of Ballard, Dontae of Ballard and Cole of Ballard; his sister Peggy York (Salem); and his niece Roni. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
