He is survived by: his wife Christiana; his children, Christopher Peterson (Christy), Jacqueline Wilkinson (Cory), Alexander Peterson and Stephanie Sage (James); his grandchildren, Shylah (Cody), James Jr., Christian (Emily), Jack Ryan, Samantha, Paige, Brendan, Kendra, Whitni, Genevieve, Rosabella, Charlotte and Seth; his brothers, Robert Peterson and Jeff Peterson (Charelene); and his siblings-in-law, John Salley, Anne Skousen (Harold), Gerlinda Williams (Richard) and Andree Blietschau (Moana). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
