She was predeceased by: her parents, James Orvel and Luella Jane Cook Ames; her husband Carl Wintworth Ivie; her daughter Sherlene Ivie Neilson; her grandson Issac Ivie; and her brother George Ames.
She is survived by: her children, Luella Bertola (Kane), LaRae Cruth (Charles), Joe Ivie (Lisa), Jim Ivie (Talana), Scott Ivie (Cindy), Laura Ivie, Tessie Tew (Bill) and Lamont Ivie (Angie); her sister Kay Nyburg; and her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Ames, Phyllis Ames and Dorothy Ivie. She is also survived by 39 grandchildren, 69 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
