He was predeceased by: his parents, Burns McKowen and Mary Ileene Warr McKowen; his children, Tracy McKowen and Karen Ann McKowen; and his siblings, Ted, Phill, Howard, Ken McKowen, Mary Norton, Cleah Richmond, Millie Ethridge, Ada Horrocks, Patsy Freestone, Betty McKowen and Edith McKowen.
He is survived by: his son Bobby McKowen; and his siblings, Janiel Gardner (Howard), Joan Hunting (Allen) and Veda Tomlinson.
