He is survived by: his parents, Larry Rasmussen and Kitty Wills Rasmussen; his wife Emily Paulsen of Roosevelt; his children, Jesi Rasmussen (Riley Ottesen), Cashe Larry Rasmussen and Trae Cody Rasmussen; his granddaughter Ruka Moon; his grandfather John Wills; and his siblings, Troy John Rasmussen of Roosevelt and Shayna Hoyt (Cory) of Roosevelt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
