He is survived by: his wife Annie Jacobs; his sisters, Karen Shelly Hacking (Roosevelt) and Annette Hansen; his children, Angeline Jacobs, Luke Purcell (Tiffany) of Herriman, UT, Andrew Purcell (Jessica), Warren Purcell (Erica), Vernal, Cora Sabo (Michael), Kadee Fox (Dakota) and Roosevelt; his pets, Abby and Phoebe; his former wife Novie Fay Williams; and his grandson Odysseus Fox. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
