He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his son Tony Chad Evans; his parents, Ward Evans and Elzada Evans; his brothers, Gordon, Kent, Wendell, Burke and Gayle; his sisters-in-law, Beth Evans and Pat Evans; his great grandchild Lucie Bell; and his son-in-law Robert Peterson.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Evans (Sharon), Sherry Peterson of Kanosh and Chad Troy Evans of Tooele; his siblings, Forrest Evans (Luella), Conrad Evans, Val Evans (Joyce), Eloise Gatherum (Dawn) and Kathreen Thimmes (Terry); and his sister-in-law Donna Evans. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.
