He is survived by: his mother Lola Mae Smith (Paul); his spouse Marita "Lupe"; his children, Sadeena Warren (Micah Keppers), Talia Warren and Roosevelt; his granddaughters, Kailani Warren and Lylah Heiselt; his siblings, Paul Ontiveros, Sr. (Amber), Kayland Ontiveros, Roosevelt, Andrea Ontiveros and Kyle Warren; and his aunts and uncles, Jackie, Jerry Tapoof, Cathy, Pat Martinez and Raeline Warren. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
