Booker and Sheila Ann Booker; his wife Kim Rachael Booker of Utah; his siblings, Robert Thomas Shackelford of Mississippi, Sekou Amos-Sion Gilchrist of Utah and Robyn Ky-Anne; and his children, Keith Del Booker (Sade) of California, Marcus Machoel Booker (Kimberlee), Shanyce NaCole Booker and Clarice Ann Booker of Utah.
