It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tupouniua Mataele (Riverton, Utah), who passed away on December 11, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Neomai Lolo and Heamasi Latu Mataele; his child Tupouniua Latu Jr. (Shannon); and his sister Ofakipouno. He is survived by: his wife Pelenaise Havili; and his children, Devera Joyce, Anaise Toti (Paul), Lu'isa Manu (Jeff), Isileli Tupou (Karla), Hola, Soloi, Mounu Tokilupe Uoleva and Koli Fifita. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
A family service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the LDS Church (12691 S 3600 W, Riverton, UT 84065). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 12:30 PM.
