She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Clive and Ethel Wood Goff; her husband Vernon Chris Chadwick; and her siblings, Jim Goff, Helen Walker, Ida Shepp, Clara Sylvia, Dent Goff, Lois Sherwood, Marion Bud Goff, Ray Goff, Mary Goff, Guy Goff and Max Goff.
She is survived by: her children, Dale C. Chadwick (Kaylene), Mary Ann Fowler (John), David Chadwick, Dean Chadwick (Julie) and Daryl Chadwick (Tina); and her siblings, Don Goff and Leola Prestwich. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild.
