It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susan Petersen Candalot of Riverton, Utah, who passed away on January 2, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Cliffton and Vera Kersher Petersen; her husband Gene Louis Candalot; her siblings, Craig Alan Petersen, Joan Turner and Carol Schouten; her daughter Lesa Argyle; and her great grandchild Addison Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Kurt Candalot (Janene) and Brett Candalot; her stepchildren, Careen Densley (Craig) and John Candalot (Polly); and her son-in-law Kent Argyle (Rodney Petersen). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Broomhead Funeral Home (12600 South 2200 W, Riverton, UT 84065). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Redwood Cemetery (6500 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84084).
