It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Johnson (Riverton, Utah), who passed away on December 6, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Raymond and Vera Thurber; and her children, Bradley Johnson, Kallie Fairbanks and Caprice Carlisle.

She is survived by: her husband LaMar Johnson; her children-in-law, Travis Carlisle, Kristin Simpson and Chris Fairbanks; and her grandsons, Dalton and Cole Fairbanks.
