She was predeceased by: her husband Bill J. Capps; and her parents, John Hyrum Kartchner and Norma Ethel Kartchner. She is survived by: her brother John Kartchner; and her children, Matt, Candace, Amy, Holly and Charmaine of Bill's. She is also survived by her 5 children, 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
