He was predeceased by: his father Robert; and his sister-in-law Kristen. He is survived by: his wife Dana; his sons, Tyler (Krista), Conley (Brandie), Jaren and Hayden; his mother Suzanne; his brother Jeff; and his nephew Jesse.
