He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Tsouras and James Tsouras; and his brother Richard Moser (Judy). He is survived by: his children, Terrie Moser, Bobbie Gean Gallegos (Mark), Julie Clement (Jeremy) and Wesley Moser (Jamie Gough); and his siblings, Beverly Person (Arnold), Jim Tsouras (Debbie) and Chris Trouras (Liz). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
