He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Millican and Shirley Millican; and his wife Diana. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Martin (Adam), Kristy Millican and Michelle Millican; his sister Cheryl Haas; and his grandsons, Landon Martin and Tyler Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
