He was predeceased by: his parents, Benton Ratcliff and Jean Ratcliff. He is survived by: his close friend Jill Latsis; his wife Jill Elaine Ratcliff; his brother Robert Ratcliff (Kim) of Texarkana, Texas.; and his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Ione Latsis. He is also survived by 3 brothers-in-law, 3 sisters-in-law, 8 nieces, 6 nephews, 13 Great-nieces and nephews; and many other extended family member and friends.
